Once the beating hearts of queer sisterhood, lesbian bars were sanctuaries—rare, dimly lit spaces where women could gather, dance, flirt, and feel seen.
Most are gone now, shuttered by time, gentrification, or the simple fact that there were never that many to begin with.

This collection celebrates those rare havens—New York to New Orleans, Philly to Portland—that gave generations of women a place to belong. Each shirt revives the logos, matchbooks, and memories of bars that carved out space when so few existed.
