Refund policy

Returns or exchanges for new custom orders accepted within 30 days of delivery (excluding clearance items). 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Clearance items are sold as is and not subject to return or exchange. Clearance sales are final.
