Why Branko Brand?

THE MISSION

Branko Brand is about preserving queer and outcast history. Each design begins with original ephemera—flyers, matchbooks, protest graphics, forgotten advertisements—that I carefully restore so these stories stay visible, wearable, and out in the world.

This isn’t some corporate nostalgia machine. Branko Brand is just me, running the whole operation because I love the history, the design, and the people who connect with it. I’m doing it because the work is fun, meaningful, and worth keeping alive.

THE SHIRTS

My standard shirts are printed on Bella + Canvas 3001 Unisex tees, chosen for their soft feel, lightweight cotton (142 g/m²), and comfortable lived-in fit. They are lighter and less structured than a traditional heavyweight tee. Bella + Canvas 3001 tees tend to fit a bit slimmer than some other brands, so consider sizing up if you prefer a roomier, more traditional fit.

Most designs can be printed on heavyweight tees, tanks, hoodies, sweatshirts, or other garment styles, and I’m happy to create a custom mockup or adjust the print size for you.

RETURNS

Not happy with your order? Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unworn and unwashed.

Artwork on Small and Medium shirts is proportionally scaled to fit the garment size. As a result, graphic dimensions are smaller than those shown on larger shirt sizes.

Main images show a size Large. Designs are scaled down for smaller sizes but remain the same size on Large and above. Bella + Canvas 3001 tees tend to fit a bit slimmer than some other brands, so consider sizing up if you prefer a roomier, more traditional fit.

WRAP

From sourcing through finishing, each partner in Bella + Canvas' production, owned and contracted, is certified through the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) program. This ensures safe, legal and ethical manufacturing practices from greige to finished goods and all the way through final distribution.


Code of Conduct

In addition, each manufacturing partner has signed the  BELLA+CANVAS Workplace Code of Conduct which upholds (and exceeds) all standards set forth by the Fair Labor Association (FLA), securing ethical working conditions throughout their supply chain.
