I love the Kok Pit - wonderful memories. If was my Friday afternoon gathering spot with several of my work colleagues - we all worked nextdoor at the senior clinic, currently the Francis J. Curry Center (but was North of Market Services in the 80's.) The bartender, Ken Allison and his partner Richard Duffy became very good friends of mine. Kenny died a while back (20 years?) and Duffy is now living outside Tampa Florida (ugh...Florida - what a gross government.) Anyway - that's probably more information than you ever wanted to know.
