Stonewall in Allentown, PA was a local legend—part dive bar, part dance floor, and all heart. Opened in 1972, it held space for nearly five decades as one of the longest-running gay bars in the state. It was the kind of place where you could catch a drag show on Friday, slow dance with someone new on Saturday, and always count on a strong drink and a stronger sense of community.
While it closed in 2021, Stonewall’s legacy lives on in the stories, friendships, and fabulous nights it hosted.
