Saturday’s — Melbourne, FL (c. 1960s–1992) Once a bold bright spot in Central Florida nightlife, Saturday’s operated as a gay bar in Melbourne beginning in the late 1960s. It later became Cold Keg in 1992. Known to locals as “Saturdays (Gay Bar)” before the rebrand, it stood as one of the few downtown venues offering queer visibility in Florida’s Space Coast region.
