One of Europe’s largest and most iconic gay nightclubs, Pan Club stood at the heart of Copenhagen’s queer nightlife for decades. Originally opened around 1970 by the Danish LGBTQ+ organization LBL (now LGBT Denmark), Pan became a central gathering spot for gay men and lesbians from across Denmark and beyond, drawing massive weekend crowds to dance floors across multiple levels.
