Pulled from an original 1970s advertisement, LUBE comes from an era when personal products were beginning to move out of the pharmacy drawer and into bolder, more openly suggestive marketing.
The name leaves very little to the imagination. Blunt, functional, and accidentally perfect as a logo, it carries the deadpan confidence of vintage packaging that did not feel the need to dress things up with soft-focus language or invented science.
