Before Orlando was all theme parks and cocktails, there was The Loading Dock — the city’s legendary leather bar built right on the loading dock of an old dairy along Orange Blossom Trail, near the storied Parliament House. Open from the mid 1970s to the 1990s, it became a cornerstone of Central Florida’s gay nightlife — part biker bar, part brotherhood, and all unapologetically queer.
