O’Connor, and starring Lois January, Noel Madison, Sheila Bromley, Dean Benton, Lois Lindsay, Eddie Phillips, Frank Shannon, Fay Holden, Maury Peck, Nona Lee, Gay Sheridan, and Frank Collins, the film plays like a tabloid headline come to life — innocence corrupted, vice exposed, and redemption dangled just out of reach. It’s melodrama with a megaphone.
