Cabaret Three Way was one of New Orleans’ vibrant lesbian bars that thrived during the 1960s through the early 1990s, serving as a vital space for queer women in the city. It wasn’t just a watering hole—it was a gathering ground for dancing, laughter, and community resilience. As part of a network of beloved venues like Charlene’s and Les Pierres, Cabaret Three Way offered refuge and camaraderie at a time when LGBTQ+ spaces were both rare and precious.
Though it shuttered alongside many others in the 1990s, its legacy persists in the stories shared by former patrons and in the city’s ongoing effort to revive and honor those lost spaces.
I use Bella + Canvas 3001 Unisex tees for all of my designs. They are a soft and light cotton. If you love another brand, please let me know and I can see if I can source it. I can also do my designs on tanks, long sleeve tees, sweatshirts, hoodies and posters. Just reach out with any custom requests and I'll gladly help you out. I do like large prints, but if you want the design scaled down, please contact me before placing an order and I can send you some mock ups.
