Police subsequently discovered a second explosive device in the parking lot, which they safely detonated. The attack was carried out by \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eEric Rudolph\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, the domestic terrorist responsible for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Park bombing and attacks on abortion clinics.
